Oklah, dah sebulan aku diet. Makan nasi sikit, lauk banyak. Berat badan ni dah memang xboleh turun dah. Stay around 63-64. Tandanya tu boleh start build balik dah. Dah seminggu dah amik protein supplement. Sepatutnya dah naik la berat badan ni kan.

Aku ni baru je berjinak-jinak dengan  aktiviti fotografi nih. Kiranya kalau kasi event and suruh aku tangkap gambar, confirm terkial-kial lagi nak guna setting apa.
