Yes. It is now possible to do that. Just log in to your Paypal account, click withdraw and follow the instructions there.
The good thing is, it is easier to cash out your money.
The bad thing is, it will be hard to look for really cheap Paypal funds anymore. Darn.

sbb kalau nak pindah duit dr deutsche bank terus ke maybank nnti kena charge interbank brgntung kpd jumlah yg dipindah.

tak boleh sebab account paypal ko germany punya, thus boleh deposit paypal thru german banks.
boleh, but still ade charges probably. or exchange euro ikut paypal punya exchange rate. i.e: lower euro-rm rate, paypal boleh buat profit di situ.
