Oklah, dah sebulan aku diet. Makan nasi sikit, lauk banyak. Berat badan ni dah memang xboleh turun dah. Stay around 63-64. Tandanya tu boleh start build balik dah. Dah seminggu dah amik protein supplement. Sepatutnya dah naik la berat badan ni kan.
